We would like you to understand that Oud Consultancy as the congress organizer has made a major commitment to the Thon Hotel Arena in order to secure a large block of quality hotel rooms at a very competitive price. Oud Consultancy as the congress organizer is more or less legally bound to fill these rooms. Not to do so has severe financial implications for the organization of the congress and affects its negotiations and your costs for future congresses.
