General Information
The 11th European Congress on Violence in Clinical Psychiatry is co-organized by the European Violence in Psychiatry Research Group (EViPRG) & the European Network for Training in the Management of Aggression (ENTMA08), and with due reserve is a World Psychiatric Association (WPA) co-sponsored meeting.
Language
The official language of the congress is English.
Accreditation
Approval of accreditation will be requested again from the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) for the award Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits, and from the International Council of Nurses (ICN) for the award of International Continuing Nursing Education Credits (ICNECs).

Thon Hotel Arena is a modern conference hotel and is centrally located in Lillestrøm, right next door to the Norway Trade Fairs arena and a short walk to the train station. From the station, you can access both Oslo city centre and Gardermoen airport in just a little over ten minutes.

Special Social Event (Dinner, Drinks & Entertainment) (€ 95,-)
All participants are invited to join us on Friday the 25th of October 2019 for a special Congress Gala Dinner in the evening from 19.00 – 22.30 pm.
Exhibition
There will be an opportunity for a variety of non-profit companies, national and international institutions, governmental and nongovernmental organizations, and other relevant organizations to present themselves at a separate exhibition and support the congress. In the very unlikely case of the occurrence of extraordinary events (e.g. natural disasters, state of emergency, outbreak of war) beyond the control of the conference organizers, Oud Consultancy has the right to immediately alter or cancel the conference or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the 2019 congress. In such a case the participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, with the exception of any wilful damage or gross negligence committed by Oud Consultancy, the conference organizers shall at any time not be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage caused by failure to comply with any provision of this document.
Oud Consultancy will not accept liability for any damage and/or loss that may incurred by a conference participant or his/her companion during the official activities of the conference or the scheduled excursions / events. All the participants are to take part in all the activities of the conference at their own risk. Participants are advised to charge any loss or damage they might incur during the conference to their insurance. Oud Consultancy will not accept responsibility for the individual medical, travel or personal insurance of the conference participants. All participants are strongly advised to obtain a personal insurance before attending the conference. Oud Consultancy will not be responsible for any personal accident, loss or damage to private property of this attending the conference.
Oud Consultancy may arrange for the taking of photographs during the congress and associated activities and participation in such photographs is voluntary. No photographs will be taken covertly, and the photographer will provide an opt-out for participants present when photographs are being taken. Photographs taken in this manner are considered public information and Oud Consultancy may use these at any time without further permission or consent. Participants will not receive financial compensation of any type for the taking or publication of such images.
