Ticket Conditions
• For reservations and ticketing please contact KLM Global Services, to be reached at telephone number + 31 20 5459716 or e-mail Global.Services@klm.com.
• The reservation can be requested 28 days before the planned departure.
• If the requested flight does not have enough seats available for prizewinner tickets, we will offer alternative flights.
• The validity of the tickets is 3 months after departure date. The validity cannot be extended.
• A yearly embargo is applicable from 15 June till 15 September and from 10 December till 20 January for all intercontinental destinations and for the Europe destination Athens and Istanbul. All other Europe destinations do not have this embargo.
• These tickets can be converted till 1 year after the date of the letter.
• The tickets are strictly personal and not transferable. The tickets are not exchangeable for money or another prize.
