Prague
Prague is the capital city of the Czech Republic which lies in the heart of Europe, neighbouring with Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Poland. Here nature and architects have created a work where the monuments from rotundas up to modern multi-storeyed buildings combine to form a unique open air gallery. You will admire the narrow lanes of the Old Town, Charles Bridge, the proud panorama of Hradcany, the palaces of the Little Quarter, Wenceslas Square, and the art collections in galleries and museums. In 1992 the historical centre of Prague was listed in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Register.
A valid passport, which does not expire at least for six months, is required in order to enter the Czech Republic. There is no need of an entry visa for most European countries and USA.
From the airport by public transport
Bus Lines:
- 100: Prague Airport - Zličín (metro line B) - 18 min
Alternatives:
- 119: Prague Airport - Dejvická (metro line A) - 24 min
- 179: Prague Airport - Nové Butovice (metro line B) - 45 min
- 225: Prague Airport - Nové Butovice (metro line B) - 53 min
- Airport express: Prague Airport - Prague Main Train Station (metro line C and connection to SC, EC, IC and EN trains) - 35 min
Prague public transport system

The Clarion Congress Hotel is located near the Vysocanská metro station (B line) in Prague.

- Terminál 2 – in front of the Arrival hall
Public Transport Ticket Sale
- Public Transport counters in Arrival Halls of Terminals 1 & 2 (from 7 am to 10 pm),
- Automats placed at bus stops (cash required),
- From a bus driver (cash required).
Ticket prices/Fares:
- Basic Fare - 26 CZK - ticket can be used for up to 75 min on all means of public transport
- Tickets purchased from a bus driver - 30 CZK for a 75-minute worth of use on all means of public transport
- Airport Express Fare - 50 CZK for a one-hour use of this line only
From the airport by taxi
Transport from Ruzyně Airport by taxi takes about 30-45 min. ( 19,5 km/ 12 miles). Clarion Congress Hotel Prague can offer their hotel taxi at the rate of 850 CZK.
