Visa
It might be that you need to apply for a visa to visit the USA. Check for that matter Travel.state.gov, or for further information regarding visas and entry requirements, please contact the nearest United States Embassy, High Commission or consulate in your region. For additional information, visit the U.S. Department of State’s website. Travelers from outside the United States may or may not need a visa. See which countries participate in the Visa Waiver Program. Please note that persons traveling under the Visa Waiver Program must have machine readable passports. For foreign consulates: Please check the Internet to view a complete listing of consulates in the United States.
Visa Letter Requests
If you need a letter confirming your conference registration to help facilitate your efforts in obtaining a visa, we can provide a confirmation letter once you have registered for the conference and after the payment has been processed. Once you meet these two requirements, please e-mail Oud Consultancy with your full name and registration confirmation number, and the address of the concerning embassy in your country.
In order to provide you with support in this matter from a local USA organization the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS), Inc., has offered their support as well. If you are in need of assistance in securing a visa to come the USA for this event, you may also write to jdanovich@cgfns.org as the point for visa assistance. Let us also know if you are a presenter as well. Your request will be processed as soon as possible, and once your information is verified, the confirmation letter for your visa application will be e-mailed to you. Requests for mailed letters will be reviewed, and additional fees may apply.
The confirmation letter does not guarantee you will receive a visa. Confirmation letters will only state the conference title, dates, location, payment confirmation of registration fees and that you are a presenter if applicable. Participants are advised to apply for a visa as early as possible.
