Special Belgium Congress Dinner

A special congress dinner with musical entertainment by the band “Sitting Duck” has been arranged for the Friday evening 25 October 2013 at the Culture- and Convention Centre Het Pand from 19.30 till 22.30 hours at an all-inclusive price of € 75,- by bank transfer or € 79,- by credit card payment per person. Including a Champagne reception welcome (with various hot and cold appetizers) in the Kapittelzaal, and followed by a full dinner buffet (a three courses menu all inclusive with wines or beer) being served in the Refter. Regarding cancellations and requests for refunds we regret that no refund of dinner fees can be made, however, you are allowed to nominate another person to take your ticket for the special congress dinner.

Het Pand is the culture and congress centre of Ghent University, and a historical monument. This unique building is a former Dominican Monastry, situated beside the river Leie in the historic center of the city of Ghent.
