Dublin City Hall which originally built as the Royal Exchange between 1769 and 1779. In the 1850s, the City Corporation of Dublin purchased the building and it was re-named at the first meeting of Dublin City Council held there on 30 September 1852. The restoration of the building to its 18th-century appearance at the beginning of the 21st century by Dublin City Council won a number of conservation awards.

The neo-classical building contains a central hall or Rotunda with a large dome supported by twelve columns and it is in this hall that delegates will be welcomed at the civic reception.

There will be drinks and light refreshments served accompanied by some nice Irish Entertainment.
